These terms govern your use of jagere.com and purchases from Jagere.

Eligibility and information

You must be the age of majority where you live, or use the store with a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide complete and accurate billing, contact, and delivery information.

Products and use

Colours, images, and production batches may vary. Exfoliating products are for external personal-care use only. They are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Use light pressure, avoid broken or irritated skin, and stop if irritation occurs.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. Jagere may refuse, limit, or cancel an order before fulfillment for inventory or pricing errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, payment issues, unsupported destinations, or legitimate operational reasons. Paid cancelled items will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and required amounts are disclosed at or before checkout. Prices and availability may change without notice, but changes do not affect accepted orders except where correction is legally permitted.

Shipping and returns

The Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Nothing limits non-waivable consumer rights.

Fraud prevention and misuse

Transactions may be screened for fraud and security. You may not use the store unlawfully, interfere with it, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, scrape content without permission, or violate intellectual-property rights.

Intellectual property

Jagere branding, photographs, text, graphics, and store content are owned by Jagere or used with permission and may not be commercially copied without written authorization, except as permitted by law.

Third-party services

The store uses third-party services including Shopify, payment providers, and carriers. Their services are governed by their own terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jagere is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where law requires otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable federal Canadian law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your home jurisdiction.
